Joseph Ernest Anastasio III (Trey), guitarist for Phish, kicks off his fall tour with his own separate band in three days on October 1st. The Trey Anastasio Band starts off their tour in Burlington, Vermont and head up and down the East Coast until they get to Live Oak, Florida on November 12. Trey met his future band members at college in Vermont. This started the group Phish in 1983, now considered one of the greatest jam bands of all time, such as the Grateful Dead. Phish, in 2004, broke up, but soon reunited in 2009. Trey is still playing very successfully in both groups to this day.
